Dr. Beverly Magda has held leadership roles in higher education and the technology field, she directed leading large-scale projects focused on enterprise-wide systems initiatives and organizational systems change. 

Her experience in systems thinking and directing projects from a systems level combined with her research led to publications, presentations, and consulting regarding organizational systems change management. She understands the impact of mitigating change and the power of how diverse teams can improve and excel organizations. 

She was the founding dean for graduate degree programs at Georgetown University where diversity and inclusiveness were critical to the success of the programs. She taught undergrad and graduate courses at Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, and George Washington University.

Beverly holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from the George Washington University.
