Dr. Faith Brown

Founder and CEO of The Brown Wellness Group, a behavioral health practice that supports the mental health and leadership prowess of C-Suite professionals and evaluates the cultural ecosystems where professionals reside.


Licensed in the state of New York as a Mental Health Counselor, she leverages her 25 years of experience in the corporate sector with her knowledge in neuropsychology and behaviorism to point a forensic lens on corporate cultures to assess their fortitude and readiness to support diversity, equity, inclusion, and access strategies.


Dr. Brown received her EdD and MA in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, The Professional School of Psychology in Arlington, VA. She opened her practice in New York City specifically to support the mental and behavioral health needs of physicians.


Her seminal research on the mental health of oncologists led to the publication of her Book entitled “Burnout – The Gift”.


She’s a Performance Strategist and holds an academic position as Adjunct Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine where she created Performance Academy to support doctorsin-training while in medical schools. Performance Academy is a leadership skills training program. It equips medical students to navigate professionally the hospital setting and for a life in medicine.


Dr. Brown is one of the psychologists of choice for the National Basketball Association Players Association (NBAPA) for New York-based teams. She also consults with Fortune 500 companies to either hosts mental health trainings or to assess cultural readiness.
