A principal of DMM, is a Cornell University-trained and Certified Diversity Professional/ Advanced Practitioner. She is an advisor and strategic leader in creating and implementing system-wide DEI management strategies and integration efforts for a Fortune 500 company, the healthcare industry, the legal profession, colleges and universities, state and local municipalities, law enforcement, and private and non-profit entities. Ms. Reese has proven ability in leadership development, education & training, curriculum development, compliance, facilitation, and communications skill building to develop organization commonalities, cooperation, and alliances. She has co-authored articles on diversity and inclusion and presented workshops on the national, and international levels. Ms. Reese served on the faculty of the nation's first certification program for diversity professionals at the Cornell University Diversity and Inclusion Studies Program. She also served on the faculty of Thomas Jefferson University- Emerging Health Professionals Institute Graduate Diversity Certificate Program in Healthcare Leadership, where she taught executives, managers, and diversity professionals from across the country.


Ms. Reese holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges in Claremont, California, and a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work Degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She is a licensed clinical social worker and received Certification as an Advanced Diversity Practitioner from Cornell University in New York.
